Birthday Credits Policy

• The Birthday Credits will be automatically added at midnight (Taipei time) on your Birthday.
• The Birthday Credits can only be redeemed for the products, online at nomelnomel.com, offline at nomel Showroom, SKM Taipei Xinyi Place A11 and SKM Taichung Zhonggan.
• The Birthday Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or free gifts in part or full.
• The validity of the Birthday Credits is 30 days and cannot be extended.
• If the purchase is refunded, only the valid Credits will be returned, the unused amount will not be reissued again.
• The Birthday Credits are not eligible for the member who joins or upgrades membership on birthday. (e.g.: The customer’s birthday is 05/20 and joins the membership on 2022/05/20, the Birthday Credits will be received on 2023/05/20. )
• Please note the member profile must be correctly filled out, in order to receive the benefits of our membership.

Membership Policy

• The system will automatically update your tier of membership daily at midnight (Taipei time).
• Only the purchase amount of the products will be calculated to the total spend of the membership, the shipping fee is not counted. The order status must be "Not Cancelled" and the payment status is "Paid".
• The membership period of Intermediate and Expert is 12 months.
• To become an “Intermediate member", the total spend within 12 months period must exceed NT$5,000, and spending over NT$3,000 during the membership period can extend the membership for 12 months.
• To become an "Expert member", the total spend within 12 months period must exceed NT$12,000, snd spending over NT$8,000 during the membership period can extend the membership for 12 months. (If the member places a new order and pays on 2021/12/25, the system will back-calculate in the early morning of 2020/12/26 to check the spend amount from 2020/12/26 to 2021/12/25 to confirm whether the member has reached the upgrade criterion.) (If the customer reached the membership criterion on 2021/12/26, the membership will be expired on 2022/12/25, the system will back-calculate in the early morning on 2022/12/26 to check the spend amount from 2021/12/26 to 2022/12/25 to determine whether the member has met the criterion for the extension.)
